This wine has a lovely grassy, citrus nose showing plenty of zesty Sauvignon Blanc aromas. The palate displays great
balance with lively acidity from the Sauvignon rounded out by the richer
Chardonnay.

Description
After three months fermentation the wine was racked, blended and allowed
to mature on fine lees for four months before bottling. The lees were
stirred every other week, giving extra richness and body to the wine.
